GMC Medical| Why you should use Retinol
This is my new beauty secret although, it’s not much of a SECRET anymore. This little punched packed product is a wonderful revitalization serum. I have used this productfor two weeks; in the first week two nights in a row and the second week one night.
It has visibly improved my skins clarity and tone as it said it would on the package. It also diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkle which I was thrilled to see. I have been very cautious with what I put on my skin since I was a little girl and had a weird obsession about aging gracefully. Being 25-years-old, I have noticed a slight loss in collagen around my checks and started to see the birth of fine lines around my eyes. So for me, it was a no brainier to reach for this potent “Night gel-cream”. It cost me a little over
$60 Canadian and was worth every penny.

- Paraben-Free

- 1% pure retinol (this doesn’t sound like a lot but watch out, it is)
- Not tested on animals 🙂
- Does not cost that much considering you only need 1-3 pumps for the face and neck once to 2 times a week. Thus, this  30 ml product will last a long time, in turn making you ridiculously content.
CON’S
- Increases skin photo-sensitivity so if you’re a sun worshiper you need to quit or you can’t use this product.
- Cannot use retinol products “if you are pregnant, lactating, taking prescription acne medication, using other topical acne drugs, or are undergoing skin peeling regimens.”-GMC MEDICAL (This is really important because you could potentially do more harm then good in these cases).
- If you find you’re really sensitive to most creams this might be a little too intense for you. GMC MEDICAL makes another concentration of 0.5% which would be a good starting point for those who continuously have irritated skin.
I have combination to oily skin and have minor flare-ups of acne. If your skin sounds like what I just described, this product will probably suit you. Make sure to always read the boxes instructions as well as abiding to them for your own protection.
